1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses Vonk, a service of . By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Vonk

• You must be 18 or older.
• You need an account (email or Google). One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
• You can't use Vonk if we banned you before.

3. The rules

1. No nudity, sexual acts or sexual content on camera or in chat.
2. No violence, threats, weapons, drugs or self-harm.
3. No hate speech, racism, discrimination, bullying or harassment.
4. Never involve minors. Anything that may involve the sexual abuse of children is reported to the EOKM and the police.
5. Don't record, screenshot or stream anyone without their permission. Streamers must turn on "I'm streaming live" so matches can choose to join.
6. No spam, ads, scams or links to other sites.
7. Don't share other people's personal information.
8. Don't pretend to be someone else or try to get around a ban.
9. Don't try to break, overload or hack Vonk.

4. Moderation and bans

• You can report anyone with one tap. When you're reported, a few still frames of your camera go to our moderators.
• We can warn you, lock your account for a while, or ban you for good. Serious cases go to the police.
• If several people report you for something serious, your account is locked automatically until a moderator has looked at it.
• Think we made a mistake? Email with your user ID.

5. Coins, Boosts and purchases

• Coins are a virtual currency for use on Vonk only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred.
• Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Right of withdrawal: coins are digital content that you receive immediately. By buying, you agree that delivery starts right away, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the coins are in your account.
• Coins and items stay in your account until you use them or delete your account. If we ban you for breaking the rules, you lose them.
• If something goes wrong with a payment, email us and we'll sort it out.
• Weekly leaderboard rewards are a free bonus. We can change or stop them at any time.

6. Your content

You are responsible for what you show, say and write on Vonk. You keep the rights to it. We only use it to run the service, for example to send your messages to your friends.

7. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep Vonk safe and online, but you meet strangers and we can't check everything live. We are not responsible for what other users say or do, or for loss caused by downtime, except where the law says otherwise. Never share personal details or meet up with strangers.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you on the site before important changes take effect. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you a different choice.
